The climate here in Southeast Louisiana can be brutal on our residential and commercial building assets.  The high levels of humidity and moisture in this region, and the frequent threat of flooding from heavy rains and hurricanes requires careful consideration of venting needs to protect your investment.

Two distinct types of vents are stocked at Masonry Products to meet your needs for these issues:  air vents and flood vents.

Air vents from Lawler Manufacturing provide the ability to circulate air beneath your structure.  These vents are commonly more decorative in appearance.

Flood vents are even more functionally important because, without them, flood water can severely damage your property structurally.  Smart Vent and Crawl Space Doors are both available here in various models.  Some models are dual functional by also providing air circulation.
