Masonry Products Sales Acquires Brick & Block Products

November 18, New Orleans – Masonry Products Sales, Inc. acquired Brick & Block Products, LLC. on November 1, 2025. The two companies have been formidable local competitors for decades. As a result of the sale, Masonry Products Sales will offer both company’s exclusive product lines.

The previous Brick and Block location in Jefferson at 670 St. George Avenue will remain open as a third location of Masonry Products Sales. Brick & Block’s second location in Mandeville at 4004 Highway 59 will be closed by year end 2025. That Northshore office will be folded into the larger existing Masonry Products facilities one mile north on Highway 59 in Mandeville.

Masonry Products’ owner, Ron Foster commented on the acquisition, “We look forward to providing our professional clients, homebuilders, trades people, and property owners with the convenience of a third new location in Jefferson. We will combine both the residential and commercial product lines and retain most of Brick & Block’s employees beneath our existing company umbrella. That should allow us to continue providing, without interruption, the quality service and expertise everyone has come to expect from both companies.”

Masonry Products Sales has been serving residential and commercial builders, contractors, trades people, and owners in the New Orleans metro area since 1954. Joe Ward and Bill Foster began as brick masons who supplied the materials for their own jobs. Soon, other masons called them as a supplier as well. In the following 70 plus years, Masonry Products Sales became the largest masonry supplier in this region prior to the new acquisition, proudly serving each succeeding generation. Ron Foster, son of original owner, serves as President today with an open-door, hands-on approach to customers.
